Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ClaimMeds ("ClaimMeds," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website or submit the free prescription evaluation form. Please read it carefully before submitting any information.
1. Who We Are
ClaimMeds is a marketing platform that connects individuals with an injury-related or workers' compensation prescription need to participating pharmacies, pharmacy benefit coordinators, and related service providers. ClaimMeds is not itself a pharmacy, is not a licensed healthcare provider, and does not make coverage or medical decisions.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address
- Location: ZIP code
- Injury and claim details: how you were injured, current prescription status, claim status (e.g., open workers' compensation claim, auto insurance claim, attorney representation), date of birth, and date of accident or injury
- Any other information you choose to provide when contacting us
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, general geographic location, referring URL, and pages viewed
- Session behavior such as scrolling, clicks, and page interactions, collected through Microsoft Clarity for the purpose of understanding and improving website usability
- A time-stamped record of the specific consent language you were shown and agreed to, collected through TrustedForm (operated by ActiveProspect, Inc.), which generates a certificate URL documenting your consent for compliance purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your eligibility for injury-related or workers' compensation prescription services
- To connect you with a participating pharmacy, pharmacy specialist, or marketing partner who can assist with your prescription and claim coordination
- To verify and document your consent to be contacted, as required under applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information with:
- Participating pharmacies and pharmacy specialists who may contact you to evaluate and fulfill your prescription request
- Marketing and affiliate partners in the injury, workers' compensation, and pharmacy services space, who may also contact you regarding related products and services, consistent with the consent you provide on the evaluation form
- Service providers that help us operate this website and document consent, including Microsoft Clarity (analytics) and ActiveProspect / TrustedForm (consent verification)
- Claim payers, insurance carriers, or your legal representative, where necessary to verify or coordinate coverage for your injury-related prescriptions
- Government authorities or other third parties where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes outside the scope described above. Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "share" broadly enough to include some of the disclosures described in this section. See Section 6 below for your choices.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Microsoft Clarity for session analytics and TrustedForm for consent verification. These tools may collect information about your interactions with this page. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law (for example, California's Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in other states).
To exercise these rights, visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Information page, or contact us using the details in Section 10.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
